How to get an image of a screamer off my mind?
I'm terrified now, when I was watching Youtube hypnosis videos and I saw a video (in the related section) with the thumbnail as the screamer's face. Usually, if I get "screamed" as I call it, I'm horrified for the next week, and can't sleep at night. At all. However, this time it wasn't as bad. Why? I dunno. But it wasn't. But now I'm creeped the living f*** out and feel like it's right behind me. I got scared by those when I was sick and so now it's scarred me. Anyway, this has 3 questions in one. MAIN QUESTION: How do I get this horrifying image out of my mind, and no, I can't simply stop thinking about it. I just can't. SECONDARY QUESTION: What should I NEVER do to prevent this from happening? (Scary Maze, Car Commercial, Go Around the Office, like that) UH... THIRD QUESTION: How scared of these are you? One last thing... why is it that the first category Y!A puts this in is gardening? I mean really. What? I never EVER use a video site unless they have comments on them.
