I am looking to try sleep hypnosis? but counting down makes me stressed and anxious not relaxed.?
i just want a sleep hypnosis video on youtube that doesn't count down, the ones that ive tried get me really relaxed then they start counting down and i get really stressed and wound up and totally awake. i think its psychological but counting down makes me stressed. why is this? and what would you reccomend as a substitute?

Best sleep hypnosis videos on youtube/ the internet?
Can anyone point me in the direction of good free sleep hypnosis videos I can find on the internet? There are loads on youtube and other video sites and I don't know how to narrow them down! Does anyone have any good or bad experiences with any of these videos to help me choose which ones I'm best trying out? I'd prefer long ones, but if there are any good short ones out there let me know about those too! Thanks all, I really appreciate it :)
