Meditation Hypnosis

What are some techniques for self healing with the mind?
I'm interested in ways to use the mind through meditation, hypnosis, etc., for healing myself. Any sources and/or success stories would be great. I have seen the Silva method of meditation - anyone know if that works? Thank you.

How do overcome chronic nerve pain(neuropathy)?
a nerve was pinched in my right hip many years ago. In 2004 a medtronics neurostimulater was installed in my body, although it did help it didn't completely take the pain away. I have to take a sedative (seroquel) to avoid daily panic attacks. Meditation & hypnosis help but I am getting worse.

Hallucinate without Drugs?
I have been doing research, for many months now. I have attained little information on how to hallucinate, but they seem to be hard and dangerous. Techniques: Sleep deprivation Sensory deprivation Meditation Hypnosis Focus on an image I want to learn new techniques to hallucinate instead of these, i have never have hallucinated using this technique. If you would be kind to not flame me, but help me, your help is appreciated. Thanks
